Now that classes commenced, my hope is that your teaching schedules are already finalized and that you could plot your research load time very well. Please click this link to download ­ Research Load Form AY 2015­2016, and fill up this form diligently. Submit this form this on or before, Wednesday, August 19, 2015 before 12 NOON (PM). While our office designated tentative research loads for salary purposes due August 15 and 30, these accomplished research load forms will be the bases for salary release in the following months starting September 15, 2015. I encouraged everyone to submit this form asap in order to avert problems related to salaries. If you have questions, please ask Ms. Billie. She will be more than willing to offer help.

About the OFFICE SPACE ALLOCATIONS, our office shall be implementing clean­up, hoping for full cooperation of present carrell occupants so that before the last week of end of August, 2015, we shall be fully operational with the newly assigned carrells for both RCCAH and RCSSED offices. Also, expect some changes in our office such as having new window blinds, a number of chairs, built­in cabinets, individual cabinets soon, hoping before Christmas 2015. If this happens ­ “Masaya ang Pasko sa RCCESI!”

In the next two weeks, I shall be convening each RIG to finalize our activities in the next 9 nine months. Time flies so fast that we should be excited in riding its wits, whims, and wisdom.
