June 15, 2015 DEAR FELLOW RCCESI RESEARCHERS: Mapagpalang araw po. It gives me great pleasure to inform you that after much thought and reflection, I accepted the Rector’s appointment to be your Director from June 1, 2015 ­ May 31, 2016. I accept this honored task with humility and fervor to facilitate what would be the last year of the RCCESI as a research center.
